FOCUSED MOVEMENT ACADEMY

Focused Movement Academy is a training facility and academy based out of Miami. Using functional fitness and an emphasis on movement patterns, FMA offers multiple programs to improve with strength, conditioning, endurance and recovery. The flagship program is centered around obstacle course racing, for which FMA travels as a team as well hosts several races a year.
